As company founder and president, Mark is responsible for overseeing the company’s overall operations, training and business execution. As the Project Executive, he assembles the TCI Construction team for all projects, generates project schedule, provides guidance and evaluates financial results. He is also ultimately responsible for overall quality control.
Adam graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering and has been working in the construction industry for over ten years. As a Project Manager he strives to provide the best quality product, on time and within budget. Construction is not only a job for him but also his passion and he lets that passion show in his work.
Bob is the on-site Construction Manager for Thorpe Construction, Inc. He supervises all field crews, handles complete construction management crews and scheduling of all required sub-trades, inspections and field meetings. Bob pays close attention to detail, has thorough knowledge of present building codes, and has great work ethics amongst many other strengths.
Mariano has been with Thorpe Construction since inception. He has versatility and is capable of being tasked with just about anything and completing it on time. Accountability and loyalty are just a few key characteristics that make him a key team member.
Leticia started as an Estimator’s Assistant in 2000 then quickly move to Senior Project Manager Assistant and is now the Office Manager for TCI. She has strong leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal skills and always has a can do attitude. Amongst other things, Leticia is responsible for Human Resources, Payroll, AP and AR.
Ron has over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry and has been with TCI for over 13 years. Ron’s strength’s include a can do, will do approach, strong attention to detail and excellent customer service. These attributes are what make him a team player that works towards our motto of “Teamwork Focused on Solutions”.
Chuck joined TCI in 2011 with over 40 years’ experience. His experience allows him to expertly control subcontractor’s and city official’s timelines to maintain quality of workmanship and no downtime. He works hard to ensure his jobs are kept on schedule, well maintained and brought in on time and within budget. Chuck does all this and more with a can do attitude and sense of humor.
Dan Henry joined Thorpe Construction in 2016 and brings with him a strong understanding of architectural drawings, excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service. His proactive approach as a Superintendent allows him to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Mike has been in the construction industry since he graduated from high school. For the last 31 years he has been a Project Superintendent. He has knowledge of Ground UPS, restaurants and medical just to name a few. His responsibilities for TCI include working with subcontractors, meeting with customers and interacting with building inspectors.
