Duties and Responsibilities

Ken is the single point of contact throughout the entire project.  His role is to provide and update current project schedules, directly or indirectly price all change requests, generate change orders and RFI’s, oversee all product submittals, order and monitor all long lead time items, attend weekly project meetings, submit billing applications, assist the owner and architect with any project related issues.  Ken also monitors all answered and unanswered RFI, all submitted and returned submittals.  He works with the site superintendent to insure schedule and costs are on time and on budget and will see the project from inception to completion.

Experience

1986 to present:
Project Estimator, Project Manager and IT coordinator for Thorpe Construction, Inc., responsible for management and cost control of projects; bidding of new projects.

1980 to 1986:
Plumbing Contractor, Field Supervisor and Project Manager for Orange Plumbing.
