Duties and Responsibilities

As project estimator, Larry will oversee the entire estimating process under the direction of the Project Executive and with the estimating assistant.  He will personally qualify each bid, create the list of the apparent lowest qualified bid, generate RFI’s and create the project estimate.  Larry will produce the preliminary schedules and prioritize long lead items.  Once awarded the project he writes all subcontractor works scopes and reviews the project with the Project Manager and Superintendent to insure smooth transition from estimating to project kick off.

1994 to 1997:
Toshiba America Information Systems - Facilities Manager
Managed facilities/maintenance operations for a campus environment totaling 790,000 sq. ft. and comprised of office, lab, R&D, and manufacturing.

1986 to 1994:
Interstate Electronics Corporation - Facility Engineer and Manager
Promoted to Manager and was responsible for managing and directing the maintenance/facilities operations consisting of ten buildings totaling 400,000 sq. ft on four non-contiguous properties.
